Kids that move regularly are…

  • Developing their Physical Health: strengthening muscles and bones, combating obesity, boosting cardiovascular capacity and enhancing fine & gross motor skills.
  • Enhancing Cognitive Development: physically active kids tend to have better focus, memory retention and better problem solving ability.
  • Improving their Emotional Well-being: physical activity releases endorphins which reduce feelings of anxiety and depression while building self-confidence. A day of activity often leads to better sleep.
  • Exposed to many Social Development Opportunities: group activities promote teamwork and cooperation, can enhance peer relationships and foster leadership and resilience.
  • Building Healthy Life Habits: active kids tend to lead active lifestyles as adults.

Need a more customized ‘Movement Experience’? info@verote.ca

We are focused on getting kids moving and active. We use sport for inspiration. The goal is to foster engagement to encourage ‘Free Play’. Kids that know how to move well are not only more confident and happier but they are motivated to move more. Moving our bodies at a young age, translates into moving our bodies as we grow older and we all know the importance of movement as we age. Although moving at a young age is a great investment for your child’s future, it’s also critical for their happiness now (and into adulthood).
